The Donald E. Wieand American BARRISTER'S INN, an organization consisting of Lehigh Valley trial attorneys and select judges of the Superior, Commonwealth and Lehigh County Courts, and dedicated to the development of outstanding trial lawyers who meet the highest ethical standards, is accepting applications for membership for its 2009-2010 program year.
The Inn’s members will be presenting the following programs at the Lehigh County Bar Association Building from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the following dates during 2009-2010:

February 17, 2010 (Team V): “The New Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act: Do

March 17, 2010 (Team VI): “Is My Judgment Worth Anything? How to Collect and Enforce Judgments”
April 21, 2010 (Team VII): “Dealing with the Dangerous and Volatile Client and Witness”
