The Annual Bar Association Picnic and Golf Outing will be held on Monday, July 20, 2009 at the Brookside Country Club located off Willow Road in Macungie.
A Luncheon Deli-Style Buffet will be served from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. in the Brookside Room and on the Terrace including a variety of Salads, Cold Meats, Cheeses, Breads, Chili with Toppings, Hot Dogs, Fresh Fruit, Brownies, etc.!
The Cocktail Hour, beginning at 5:00 P.M., will include Brookside’s exceptional Hors d’oeuvres, with Cheeses, Fruits, Veggies, Smoked Salmon and a Cocktail voucher. Steamed Clams with Butter along with a Salad Bar and a Buffet Style Dinner, served directly from the grill, at 6:15 P.M. - featuring Grilled Breast of Chicken, Barbecued Ribs, Hamburgers with all the Fixings, Oven-roasted Red Skin Potatoes, Corn-on-the-Cob, Sausage and Peppers and Veggies - followed by a Sundae Bar with Brownies, Apple Pie and Tiramisu! OPEN BAR.
Complimentary snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day, while you participate in your choices of Golf, Tennis, Quoits, Bridge or Swimming.
Members may invite Non-member Guests, including both lawyers
and non-lawyers, to attend & participate at the Picnic & Golf Outing.
FREE GOLF: All participants that purchase the
Lunch/ Dinner/ Golf package will receive a complimentary
round of golf @ The Club at Morgan Hill. (Limit 75).
GOLF: Golf will begin with a shotgun start promptly at 12:00 P.M.
Register for Golf via the registration form. If you wish to designate
your Golf foursome, please note the names of players on your registration form. If no special requests are made, foursomes will be assigned. The Driving range will open at 10:00 A.M. Discount rates are being provided to all golfers and a special Lunch/Dinner/Golf package is available.

TENNIS: Should a number of members wish to play tennis, an event will be organized. Check with Judith Harris at 610-391-1800 to register (acousin@thslaw.com) and for details.
QUOITS: Should a number of members wish to play Quoits, a competition will be organized. Check with Marc Fisher (mfisher@worthlawoffices.com) at 610-437-4896 to register and secure a position. Competition is slated for 1:30 PM.
BRIDGE POKER CARD GAME: Should a number of members wish to play Bridge POKER, a competition will be organized. Check with Renee Smith (reneesmith@lehighcounty.org) at 610-782-3100 to register and secure a position.
SWIMMING: The swimming pool will be open throughout the day. Relax or swim at your leisure. If you will be using the pool, please indicate swimming on the registration.
